To Cook:
I would have to say it would be the Grilled Wild Salmon, served with
mashed potatoes, asparagus and a pinot noir dried cherry sauce.
Signature Dish:
I don't think we have just one. The Lobster Taquito, the Wasabi Ahi, and the
Grilled King Salmon are always popular. We try to stay regionally
consistent, meaning if there's a dish coming out of the Pacific
Northwest, we don't give it a Southwestern flair.
